These framelits will be in the next catalog, too!! They will be great for weddings, Valentine's Day, or birthdays. There are many ways to use these framelits.

It's All About the Packaging!

I don't want to rush the season, but I've been working on the packaging for the Christmas gift I will be giving my customers this year.  I think it's the perfect day to post this idea because I'm so thankful for all the new friends I have made since I have become a Stampin' Up! demonstator. My club ladies  appreciate all the projects each month and always have kind words to say. Not only that, but they spend their money, too! So here is the packaging and the many steps it took to put it together.

As you can see there are quite a few pieces.

Stamping and embossing using the stamp set Tin of Tags.

Then punching and embossing to add layers. I love the new Fancy Frost paper. Some of the work is already done for you.

And then I added the bling to make it sparkle.

And then the finished product. I can't show you what is in the bag yet. I want the ladies to be surprised!

A close-up.  I can't wait for the club meeting on the first Monday of December to see what the ladies think of their gift, but mostly about what they think of the packaging.

Have a great day,

Sue

At the Crop

This weekend l'm at the Community Grace Brethren Church at a crop to benefit the youth of the church. I have lots of retired Stampin' Up products for sale. Stop in if you are in the area and do some shopping.

Paisley and Posies Designer Series Paper

On Saturday I shared a treat box using the Paisley and Posies Designer Series Paper. Here is the matching card

I really like the colors in the patterned paper - very fall-like. I like how Stampin' Up makes matching the colors so easy. Putting Rich Razzleberry, Mint Macaron, and Delightful Dijon together is a very different combo and not one that I would have thought of putting together. This paper pack also used Cajun Craze.

Here are the card and the treat box together. I think they will make a nice Thanksgiving "ensemble".

Thanks for stopping by today

Candy Boxes

I am a vendor at a crop next weekend and I always have some candy for each participant. I can't just put it in a bag. It needs to look special, too. So this weekend I made these boxes with a Thanksgiving theme.

I used the Paisley and Posies Designer Series Paper and copper foil paper. The words are from an old stamp set that never seems to go out of style - Teeny Tiny Wishes.  Inside are Hershey nuggets wrapped in more patterned paper. I hope they like the boxes and candy.

I thought I would show you an infinite picture. I really was busy making 45 boxes.

Thanks for stopping and supporting my blog. Penn State just beat Indiana. My husband is in a good mood!
