Swaps From On Stage - Part 4

I was very impressed by the time, effort, and materials used in the swaps that I received at On Stage, but there was one card that was an instant "Wow!". What do you think? Image

I couldn't find the name of the creator of this card, which makes me very sad because I was blown away by this card. I can never figure out how someone can look at a hot air balloon and see the bottom of a baby dress. What a creative mind they must have! Do you see all the different images she used? The hanger is from Something for Baby and she used a window sheet. The top of the dress is the T shirt die, and then she trimmed the top off the hot air balloon to make the skirt. The front of the card was cut away with a framelit and embossed, too. I can't image the time and effort this card took and I was lucky enough to receive one!

I hope you were inspired by this card, too. Don't you agree that it needed a post all by itself? Have a great weekend. I'll be with friends scrapbooking - always a fun time.

Swaps From On Stage - Part 3

I received so many wonderful cards at On Stage that I just want to share all the creativity with you. Here is another batch. ImageCard by Sharyn Bouck

All of these cards are made with the stamp set Touches of Texture (p. 141 in the catty). I have a confession to make. I have this stamp set and never used it! But after seeing these great cards, I'm getting it out to play this week. It has so many great images, and the best thing is that it is carried over to the new catalog! I hope you were inspired today, too. Go create something.

Here are some of the other swaps I received at On Stage last weekend. I hope you enjoy all the ideas. ImageCard by Rhea Donfor, Silver Spring, MD.

These cards all use the stamp set Dragonfly Dreams with matching framelits. Did you know it has a bee, too? I always forget about it! I hope you are inspired by these great cards and can create something today, too. I plan on creating supper! Cooking is always a chore for me and I'm never sure what will be the result. My poor husband! Have a great day.

Swaps From On Stage

I had the pleasure of attending Stampin Up's On Stage event in Richmond last weekend with fellow demonstrator and friend Sandy England. One of my favorite things is swapping cards . I thought I would share some of the wonderful swaps that I received. ImageCard by Sue Manlove, Lewes, DE.
ImageCard by Taylor Dietz, Chesapeake, VA.
ImageCard by Kathy Theophelakes, Virginia Beach, VA.
ImageCard by Brenda Bowersox, Crimora, VA
ImageCard by Sarah Lythgoe
ImageCard by Pat Grajewski
ImageCard by Sallie Fisher, Lynchberg, VA.

All of these cards featured the Special Reason stamp set. Isn't it amazing all the different ways the stamp set and dies can be used. I hope some of these cards inspired you to create something today.
